Gathering in Motion 2027 Registration
Registration must be completed through the participating school or institution. Please submit a separate registration form for each work.
1. Download and Complete the Form
Before completing your registration, please review the Program Guidelines and prepare your work details, participant list, and complete video link. Upload your submission video to YouTube with the visibility set to "Unlisted." As anyone with the link may view and share the video, please ensure you have completed the relevant confirmations outlined in the Privacy Notice.
2. Pay the Registration Fee
Send your payment by e-transfer to:
Schools and institutions may combine fees for multiple works into one payment. Please include the school name in the transfer message and specify the number of works covered by the payment in your submission email.
3. Submit by Email
Email the completed forms, any additional participant lists and a screenshot of the successful transfer to:

Please conceal unrelated account balances and transactions in payment screenshots. CIDCE will email a registration confirmation after checking the required materials, confirmations and receipt of payment.
